Sunday 4th September
We are back this Sunday for Celebration at The Vine. Our children’s programmes – Sprout & Thrive – will be relaunching and we’ll be praying for all our young people starting a new school year and especially those starting a new stage in their education journey.
We’d love to see you there!
COTN Day of Prayer
We’ll be taking time during Celebration on Sunday 11th Sept to join our COTN family across the globe in praying together around this year’s theme inspired by 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NKJV):
“The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.”
Me2Mentoring Ladies Conference
Edna Els (from Victory Church in SA) and the Me2Mentoring team have invited us to join them for their upcoming conference ‘The Rising: An Invitation to The Table’.
The programme runs from Friday 2nd to Sun 4th Sept and will be accessible online. For more information and to register, visit https://me2mentoring.com
Rutland Woods Work Party
Come and join us for fresh air, exercise, good company and some edible treats. There’s loads to do and jobs suitable for all ages and abilities, so please come and help keep these lovely woods looking beautiful and able to be used by us all.
Saturday 17th September 09.00 to 13.00
Please let me know if you would like to come, or if you need more information.
The New COTN App
Church of the Nations has just released a new app. Head over to the App Store or Google Play and download it now for access to great resources and up-to-date news from across COTN.
Are you at a loose end sometimes on a Sunday morning? Perhaps, like me, you live alone, and your friends all spend their Sunday mornings with family.
If so, why not join me for a walk? Somewhere local, at a leisurely pace, for around an hour.
I am planning to start a WhatsApp group, where I’ll post each week the time and meeting place. There will be no commitment – just an opportunity to join us if you wish, when you wish, for exercise and company.
If you are interested, let me know and I’ll add you to the group. And I look forward to seeing you one Sunday soon. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Habitation Youth Group
