This past Sunday, we continued our August series on prayer. Dan shared on “What to pray for”, encouraging us from Scripture that God is interested in the big and in the small; the global and the personal.

We are also using our Sunday morning times together to showcase the various nations we have represented within Jubilee, getting to know more about the riches of all the different cultures. We learned more about Poland this past Sunday. Next up is Germany on 6th September.
Summer Word Encounter
3 week online course over Zoom studying the book of Colossians across the Acts Life Cluster churches
When: Starts Wednesday 19th August 7-8.30pm (over 3 Wednesdays)
It will be an interactive and engaging look at this letter exploring background information, key themes and application of God’s truths in our lives.

As a Jubilee family, we have been praying more specifically into various areas of our new home-in-process in Parkwood.
If you haven’t received one of the leaflets handed out, please ask the Welcome Team on a Sunday morning.
Prayer points
– Wisdom for the elders & project team as they lead the project.
– For the right building contractor to be appointed.
– Favour with the local contractors.
– Finance.
– Safety of those who work on-site.
– For the project to run smoothly from start to finish with no delays.
